36 Grit 4 Inch Flap Disc (100x16mm) consists of overlapping abrasive cloth flaps mounted on a fiberglass backing plate. The coarse 36 grit abrasive provides high stock removal rates for grinding, weld blending, edge chamfering, deburring, and surface preparation. The flap construction continuously exposes fresh abrasive material during use, resulting in consistent cutting action and reduced heat generation compared to conventional grinding wheels.

Suitable for use on mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and other ferrous metals. Compatible with standard 4-inch angle grinders with a 16 mm arbor.
