60 Grit 4 Inch (100x16mm) Flap Disc consists of overlapping abrasive cloth flaps mounted on a fibre glass backing plate. The 60-grit abrasive provides medium stock removal and surface finishing in a single operation. The flap construction exposes fresh abrasive during use, resulting in uniform wear and extended disc life compared to conventional grinding wheels.

Suitable for grinding, deburring, edge chamfering, weld blending, rust removal, and surface preparation on mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. Compatible with standard 4-inch angle grinders with a 16 mm arbor.
