UNNIKRISHNAN V I have some 18650 lithium flat top cells which cannot be used in my flashlight that support only button top cells. These 8x1.5mm neodymium magnets can be attached to the top (positive side) of the cell and use the cells like button tops. It can be removed as we like. Great.
