Astral Resibond GP100 260ml Clear is a single-component, room temperature curing acetoxy silicone sealant designed for general-purpose sealing, gap filling, and bonding applications. It provides strong adhesion on a wide range of non-porous surfaces including glass, aluminum, ceramics, coated surfaces, fiberglass, painted surfaces, wood, and plastics. Its transparent finish ensures a clean, invisible seal, making it ideal for applications where appearance matters.

The high silicone content and elongation above 300% help create a flexible, durable, and waterproof seal capable of withstanding joint movement, vibration, and daily environmental exposure. It is ideal for interior sealing and DIY applications requiring long-lasting elasticity and reliable adhesion.

How to Use:

1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or dust.
2. Mask adjacent areas for a neat finish.
3. Cut the cartridge tip and nozzle at a 45° angle as required.
4. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun.
5. Apply the sealant in a continuous bead while ensuring proper joint filling.
6. Smooth the sealant immediately before skin formation using a spatula or suitable tool.
7. Remove masking tape before curing begins.
8. Clean excess uncured sealant using a clean cloth with mineral turpentine.
