Astral Resibond Weather 5010 280ml Sealant – High Strength Weather Resistant Bonding for Industrial & Outdoor Applications

Resibond Weather 5010 280ml is a premium single-component neutral cure silicone sealant designed for high-performance bonding and weatherproof sealing in exterior and industrial applications. It offers excellent adhesion on glass, ACP sheets, metals, ceramics, UPVC profiles, curtain walls, and building facades, making it ideal for long-term outdoor use.

The advanced neutral cure formulation ensures no corrosion on sensitive surfaces, while forming a flexible, waterproof, UV-resistant seal that withstands harsh weather, temperature changes, vibration, and joint movement. It is widely used for:

• Sealing ACP and glass joints in exterior elevations
• UPVC doors and window gap sealing
• Curtain wall and facade weatherproofing
• HVAC duct flange and joint sealing
• Metal panels, glazing, and structural joints

How to Use:

1. Clean the surface thoroughly; ensure it is dry and free from dust, oil, or grease.
2. Mask adjacent areas to achieve a clean application line.
3. Cut the cartridge tip and nozzle at a 45° angle as per required bead size.
4. Load the cartridge into a caulking gun.
5. Apply the sealant in a continuous, uniform bead ensuring proper contact with joint surfaces.
6. Tool/smooth the sealant immediately using a spatula or suitable tool before skin formation.
7. Remove masking tape before the sealant starts to cure.
8. Clean excess uncured sealant with a cloth and suitable solvent.
