I recently ordered from Only Screw, and overall, I’m very satisfied with their service. The delivery was prompt, and the screws I received were exactly as described—good quality and well-suited for my project. Their customer service was responsive and helpful, which is always a plus.
The only reason I’m not giving a full 5-star rating is because of the packaging. While everything arrived in good condition, the packaging could use a little improvement. The screws were a bit loosely packed, and there was some unnecessary waste in the packaging materials. A more secure and eco-friendly approach would go a long way to enhance the overall experience.
That said, the product and service quality are excellent, and I’ll definitely continue ordering from them in the future!
