I gave 2.5 stars because I had ordered 25 screws of size M4x6mm, but they mistakenly sent only 24 instead of 25. While that wasn't a major error, the significant issue was that out of the 24 screws they sent, the threads on 12 of them were not properly formed. threads of 1mm to 2mm length was missing.
Then i contacted them via their WhatsApp number and explained the problem; they asked me to send a video as proof, which I did. Subsequently, they sent me 13 new screws along with my next order.
With my next next order they send correct screws that threads is properly formed.
