The KOBE No.263 Plastic Primer Spray is a fast-drying acrylic adhesion promoter specially formulated to improve paint adhesion on PP, PE, ABS, and other rigid or flexible plastic surfaces. Manufactured using a high-concentration lacquer formulation, it creates a strong bonding layer between the plastic substrate and the topcoat, minimizing peeling and improving coating durability. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, it provides excellent adhesion, quick drying, and long-lasting performance for automotive, industrial, and DIY plastic refinishing.
